Primary, Immersed in Play
Play is How Children Learn
We have been busy immersed in play this spring. The children have been building more complex and involved structures. They are working together and sharing ideas. It is wonderful to witness. We have been having some great hikes, planted sunflower seeds, read many books, made so many creations with hot glue, paint, scissors, sewing, and perler beads. They have had fun playing instruments in a band, challenging themselves on obstacle courses, digging in the sandbox, and non-stop spinning on the tire swing. The days are racing by and before we know it summer will be here. We are enjoying every moment together.
